Scoped design services

05 / FAQ
Clear answers before you choose a service.
Answers about WordPress billing, support capacity, design pricing, project scope, and what happens before work begins.
What is the difference between a WordPress plan and a design service?
WordPress maintenance plans provide ongoing technical care, including updates, security, backups, monitoring, maintenance, and monthly support capacity. Design services cover branding, UX/UI, web design, and ongoing visual design work with a defined scope or monthly support agreement.
Can I choose monthly or yearly WordPress billing?
Yes. WordPress maintenance plans are available with monthly or yearly billing. Monthly billing provides greater flexibility, while yearly billing is paid for the annual period and provides a lower monthly equivalent.
How much support capacity is included in each WordPress plan?
Kiwistic Care includes 8 support hours per month and up to 2 active tasks at a time. Kiwistic Pro includes 16 hours and up to 3 active tasks. Kiwistic Elite includes 24 hours and up to 4 active tasks. Support capacity renews at the start of each monthly cycle.
Do unused WordPress support hours roll over?
No. Each WordPress maintenance plan starts a new support cycle every month. Unused support hours do not carry into the following month.
Can I pay for a one-time WordPress fix instead of choosing a plan?
Yes. If you need help with one specific WordPress problem, error, broken feature, or clearly defined technical task, you can use our One-Time WordPress Fix without starting an ongoing maintenance subscription.
Why do design services show a starting price?
Design projects vary in scope, complexity, number of deliverables, required screens or pages, and timeline. The starting price gives you a clear reference, while the final investment is based on the actual work your project requires.
How is the final design project price confirmed?
We first review your business needs, goals, existing materials, required deliverables, and expected timeline. The final scope, investment, and what is included are then confirmed before design work begins.
Can I start with a smaller design scope?
Yes. The scope can be shaped around what you currently need. Depending on the service, this may include a focused brand requirement, selected UX/UI screens, individual website pages, or a defined amount of ongoing design support.
Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply to every service?
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new WordPress maintenance subscriptions. It does not automatically apply to individually scoped design projects, where the deliverables, payment structure, review stages, and project terms are confirmed before work begins.
