How much does a design project cost?
Our projects start from clearly defined prices: Branding from $950, UX/UI Design from $1,500, Web Design from $1,800, and Ongoing Design Support from $750/month. The final price depends on the scope, number of deliverables, and timeline. After a free consultation, we send a written proposal before any work begins.
How long does a typical design project take?
Branding projects typically take 2–4 weeks. UX/UI Design projects run 3–6 weeks. Web Design projects take 3–8 weeks depending on the number of pages and complexity. Ongoing Design Support runs monthly with no fixed end date. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Do you work with businesses in the United States?
Yes. Most of our clients are based in the US. We work fully remotely, all communication, feedback, and file delivery happens online, so location is never a barrier. We're available across US time zones for calls and check-ins.
Do you design WordPress websites?
Yes. Many of our web design projects are built for WordPress, with layouts structured for easy management, clear page hierarchy, and responsive design from the start. If your project requires both design and development, we also offer WordPress development as a separate or combined service — so design and build can be handled under one roof.
What is included in Ongoing Design Support?
Ongoing Design Support may include website updates, new website sections, landing page design, social media graphics, brochures and flyers, presentation design, UI improvements, WordPress design support, brand consistency checks, and small design tasks based on monthly needs.
Do you work on projects outside of website design?
Yes. We work across branding, UX/UI, mobile app design, digital product interfaces, and print materials. Not every project involves a website, some clients come to us for a brand identity, others for a SaaS dashboard or app prototype. If you have a design need, tell us what it is and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits our scope.
Can you help redesign an existing website?
Yes. We can help improve an existing website by redesigning key pages, improving the visual structure, making the layout clearer, and preparing a better design direction for WordPress or future development.
Do you also build the website after the design?
Yes, depending on the project. Kiwistic works with WordPress and can support both design and WordPress implementation when the scope includes development.
Do you provide source files?
Yes. When relevant, we provide organized source files, export files, and handoff materials so your team, developer, or printer can use the design properly.
