WORKING UNDER YOUR BRAND

Your client relationship stays yours.

Your agency sets the client price and presents the work under its own brand. Kiwistic provides the technical delivery.

One agency contact

Your nominated contact receives our questions and completed work. We only join client conversations when you ask us to.

Reports ready for your review

Maintenance reports can carry your agency’s name and logo. Your team reviews them before sharing them with clients.

Confidentiality agreed before access

Send any NDA or project-sharing restrictions for review before providing access or confidential materials.

GETTING STARTED

How to start working with Kiwistic

Send your first request. We’ll review the requirements and explain what’s needed to begin.

  1. Share the request

Send the website URL, a description of the work, and any deadline. For a new build, include your approved designs or project brief.

  2. Review the proposal

We outline the work, cost, expected timing, and access required. If diagnosis is needed first, we propose an investigation budget.

  3. Approve and begin

Once you approve the proposal and provide the required access, we begin the task or maintenance onboarding.

Existing errors, malware, and overdue maintenance are reviewed before we confirm an ongoing care plan.

FAQ

Questions about working with Kiwistic.

Details on starting small, client communication, reports, access, and support coverage.

Can we start with one client website?

Yes. Start with one website or a defined task. We agree the scope and price first. You can assess the communication and delivery before adding more client sites.

Will you contact our clients directly?

We communicate through your nominated agency contact. Your team receives questions, updates, and completed work. Direct client contact only happens if you request it and agree the arrangement with us first.

Can care reports use our agency’s branding?

Yes. Reports can carry your agency’s name and logo. We agree the format and reporting period during setup, then send reports to your team for review and client sharing.

Are fixes and development included in maintenance?

Only the support defined in your care plan is included. Requests outside that scope use an approved hourly budget or project quote. New builds and separately scoped development are charged separately.

Can you support WooCommerce client websites?

Yes. We handle checkout, payment, shipping, product page, and plugin issues. We review the store’s setup before confirming ongoing care or a specific task. New features and integrations are scoped separately.

What website access will you need?

We confirm access requirements after reviewing the work. Where possible, provide a separate account that can be removed when the engagement ends. Leave passwords out of the enquiry form and initial message.

What happens if a client website goes down?

Report the website, when the issue started, and any visible error. We review it and confirm the next step within your agreed support coverage. Continuous monitoring does not include 24/7 human response unless separately agreed.

Can we agree confidentiality requirements first?

Yes. Share your requirements before sending sensitive project information. If you require an NDA, send it for review. Confidentiality terms and restrictions on sharing project work are agreed before we start.
