The Challenge

Our analysis identified four key factors that were hindering their online growth.

Tropicfish is a top name in high-quality seafoodin the Balkan region. But, their online store didn’t show it.

They had an old website that was slowing them down and making things hard for everyone involved.

Custom Development Required

Tropicfish had a beautiful, approved Figma design, but they needed a technical partner to translate that static vision into a fast, functional, and pixel-perfect WordPress website.

Confusing Navigation

Important details like product information and a big commitment to sustainability were hard to find. This made it tough for potential customers to discover them. As a result, many missed out on great opportunities.

A Poor Mobile Experience

The site was not responsive. This made it hard for busy chefs and partners. They often check information on their phones and tablets while on the move.

Inefficient and Slow Platform

Slow page load speeds made the site hard to use. It was a big problem for the Tropicfish team. They found it very hard to update their site because of a bad content management system.

The Goal

Our team aimed to transform a stunning Figma design into a fully functional website. We wanted to create a site that was not only beautiful but also fast, reliable, and easy to manage. This was crucial for the Tropicfish team.

The Solution

Precision Development from Figma

Our process began with the approved Figma design. We carefully translated every part, grid, and layout into clean code. This made sure the final website was a perfect match of the original vision.

Smart & Flexible Build with Divi

We picked the Divi theme as a flexible base. Then, we built custom sections to match the Figma design exactly.

Optimizing for Performance & SEO

Finally, we fine-tuned the site for performance and implemented foundational SEO, ensuring it was fast and search-engine ready from day one.
